Brandon Held is an entrepreneur with a background spanning construction management, real estate, and technology. His experience working with complex projects, coordinating teams, and managing business operations has shaped his belief that great technology should make people's work easier, not more complicated.
As an engineer, Brandon has worked extensively with Procore, financial tracking, project coordination, and the systems that keep large-scale construction projects moving. Combined with his experience as a licensed real estate professional in Maryland and North Carolina, this has given him a firsthand understanding of the challenges businesses face when technology and everyday operations don't work seamlessly together.
He founded PHASEGRADE to develop practical, intuitive technology that helps busy professionals operate more efficiently.
